SEC. 306. AGENCY INCENTIVES PROGRAM. (a) Reduction in Rates.—To encourage and promote use of alternative fueled vehicles in Federal agencies, the Administrator of General Services may offer a reduction in fees charged to agencies for the lease of alternative fueled vehicles below those fees charged for the lease of comparable conventionally fueled motor vehicles. (b) Sunset Provision.—This section shall cease to be effective 3 years after the date of the enactment of this Act. [42 U.S.C. 13215]
