510.34 U.S.C. 20101 noteNotwithstanding any other provision of law, amounts deposited or available in the Fund established by section 1402 of chapter XIV of title II of Public Law 98-473 (42 U.S.C. 10601) in any fiscal year in excess of $730,000,000 shall not be available for obligation until the following fiscal year.
