8071.(a)None of the funds available to the Department of Defense may be obligated to modify command and control relationships to give Fleet Forces Command operational and administrative control of U.S. Navy forces assigned to the Pacific fleet.(b)None of the funds available to the Department of Defense may be obligated to modify command and control relationships to give United States Transportation Command operational and administrative control of C-130 and KC-135 forces assigned to the Pacific and European Air Force Commands.(c)The command and control relationships in subsections (a) and (b) which existed on March 13, 2011, shall remain in force unless changes are specifically authorized in a subsequent Act.(d)This subsection does not apply to administrative control of Navy Air and Missile Defense Command.
