8082.For purposes of section 7108 of title 41, United States Code, any subdivision of appropriations made under the heading Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy that is not closed at the time reimbursement is made shall be available to reimburse the Judgment Fund and shall be considered for the same purposes as any subdivision under the heading Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy appropriations in the current fiscal year or any prior fiscal year.
