571.Of the funds provided in Public Law 110-161, Public Law 110-329, and Public Law 111-83, under the heading National Predisaster Mitigation Fund for congressionally directed spending items, $12,000,000 are rescinded from projects for which no applications were submitted or from projects which were completed for an amount less than that appropriated.
