307.42 U.S.C. 16515Section 20320 of the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2007, Public Law 109-289, division B, as amended by the Revised Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2007, Public Law 110-5, is amended by striking in subsection (c) an annual review after conduct and inserting in lieu thereof a review every three years.
