430.Section 330 of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001 (Public Law 106-291; 43 U.S.C. 1703) is amended—(1)in the first sentence, by striking programs. involving the land management agencies referred to in this section and inserting programs;(2)in the first sentence, by striking and promulgate and inserting and may promulgate; and(3)in the third sentence, by inserting after Forest Service the following: or matters under the purview of other bureaus or offices of either Department.
