111.(a)Section 5315 of title 5, United States Code, is amended after the item relating to the Assistant Secretaries of Labor by inserting Administrator, Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor.(b)Section 5316, title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking Administrator, Wage and Hour and Public Contracts Division, Department of Labor.
