SEC. 3203. PROMOTION OF AGRICULTURAL EXPORTS TO EMERGING MARKETS. (a) Direct Credits or Export Credit Guarantees.—Section 1542(a) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (Public Law 101-624; 7 U.S.C. 5622 note) is amended by striking “2012” and inserting “2018”. (b) Development of Agricultural Systems.—Section 1542(d)(1)(A)(i) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (Public Law 101-624; 7 U.S.C. 5622 note) is amended by striking “2012” and inserting “2018”.
