SEC. 9004. REPOWERING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Section 9004(d) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 8104(d)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “$35,000,000 for fiscal year 2009” and inserting “$12,000,000 for fiscal year 2014”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking “$15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2009 through 2013” and inserting “$10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018”.
