SEC. 7213. FARM BUSINESS MANAGEMENT. Section 1672D(d) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5925f(d)) is amended by striking “such sums as are necessary to carry out this section.” and inserting the following:“to carry out this section— “(1) such sums as are necessary for fiscal year 2013; and “(2) $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018.” .
