SEC. 6202. AGRICULTURAL TRANSPORTATION. Section 203(j) of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C. 1622(j)) is amended by striking “the Interstate Commerce Commission, the Maritime Commission,,” and inserting “the Surface Transportation Board, the Federal Maritime Commission,”.
