SEC. 12301. GRANTS TO IMPROVE SUPPLY, STABILITY, SAFETY, AND TRAINING OF AGRICULTURAL LABOR FORCE. Subsection (d) of section 14204 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2008q-1) is amended to read as follows: “(d) Authorization of Appropriations. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section— “(1) such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2013; and “(2) $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018.” .
