SEC. 11025. PILOT PROGRAMS. Section 523(a) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1523(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by inserting “, at the sole discretion of the Corporation,” after “may”; and (2) by striking paragraph (5).
