REPEALS.

SEC. 2125. REPEALS. The Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Technology Competitiveness Act of 1989 is amended— (1) in section 4(c)(1)(C), by inserting “and” after “Program;”; (2) in section 4(c)(2)(C), by striking “Program; and” and inserting in lieu thereof “Program.”; (3) by striking section 4(c)(3); (4) in section 5(1)(B), by inserting “and” after “program;”; (5) in section 5(2)(B), by striking “program; and” and inserting in lieu thereof “program.”; and (6) by striking section 5(3).
