8126.The amounts appropriated in title II of this Act are hereby reduced by $389,000,000 to reflect excess cash balances in Department of Defense Working Capital Funds, as follows:(1)From Operation and Maintenance, Army, $138,000,000;(2)From Operation and Maintenance, Air Force, $251,000,000.
