310.(a)Unobligated balances available from appropriations are hereby rescinded from the following accounts of the Department of Energy in the specified amounts:(1) Energy Programs—Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, $1,355,149.00 from Public Law 110-161; $627,299.24 from Public Law 111-8; and $1,824,051.94 from Public Law 111-85.(2) Energy Programs—Science, $3,200,000.00.(b)No amounts may be rescinded by this section from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
