107.(a)Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall execute a transfer agreement with the South Florida Water Management District for the project identified as the Ten Mile Creek Water Preserve Area Critical Restoration Project, carried out under section 528(b)(3) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3768).(b)The transfer agreement under subsection (a) shall require the South Florida Water Management District to operate the transferred project as an environmental restoration project to provide water storage and water treatment options.(c)Upon execution of the transfer agreement under subsection (a), the Ten Mile Creek Water Preserve Area Critical Restoration Project shall no longer be authorized as a Federal project.
