573.8 U.S.C. 1101 noteSubclauses 101(a)(27)(C)(ii)(II) and (III) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(27)(C)(ii)(II) and (III)) shall be applied by substituting September 30, 2016 for the date specified in section 106(3) of the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2016 (Public Law 114-53).
