130.(a)Funds appropriated or limited in this Act shall be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in section 350 of Public Law 107-87 and section 6901 of Public Law 110-28.(b)49 U.S.C. 13902 noteSection 350(d) of the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 2002 (Public Law 107-87) is hereby repealed.
