SEC. 219. NATIONAL COAST GUARD MUSEUM. Section 98(b) of title 14, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “any appropriated Federal funds for” and insert “any funds appropriated to the Coast Guard on”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking “artifacts.” and inserting “artifacts, including the design, fabrication, and installation of exhibits or displays in which such artifacts are included.”.
