SEC. 903. PENALTIES FOR CUSTOMS BROKERS. (a) In general.—Section 641(d)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1641(d)(1)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (E), by striking “; or” and inserting a semicolon; (2) in subparagraph (F), by striking the period and inserting “; or”; and (3) by adding at the end the following: “(G) has been convicted of committing or conspiring to commit an act of terrorism described in section 2332b of title 18, United States Code.” . (b) Technical Amendments.—Section 641 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1641) is amended— (1) by striking “the Customs Service” each place it appears and inserting “U.S. Customs and Border Protection”; (2) in subsection (d)(2)(B), by striking “The Customs Service” and inserting “U.S. Customs and Border Protection”; and (3) in subsection (g)(2)(B), by striking “Secretary’s notice” and inserting “notice under subparagraph (A)”.
