SEC. 1201. EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FROM AIRPORT AND AIRWAY TRUST FUND. (a) [26 U.S.C. 9502] In General.—Section 9502(d)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— (1) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “July 16, 2016” and inserting “October 1, 2017”; and (2) in subparagraph (A), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting “or the FAA Extension, Safety, and Security Act of 2016;”. (b) [26 U.S.C. 9502] Conforming Amendment.—Section 9502(e)(2) of such Code is amended by striking “July 16, 2016” and inserting “October 1, 2017”.
