SEC. 3. [19 U.S.C. 4451] MODIFICATION OF EXISTING REPORTS TO CONGRESS. Section 907(b) of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 (Public Law 114-125) is amended— (1) in paragraph (3), by striking “or” at the end; (2) in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and (3) by adding at the end the following: “(5) the program for entering into reimbursable fee agreements with U.S. Customs and Border Protection established under section 481 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002.” .
