SEC. 2204. OTHER LEAD PROGRAMS. (a) Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program.—In addition to amounts made available through the Prevention and Public Health Fund established under section 4002 of Public Law 111-148 (42 U.S.C. 300u-11) to carry out section 317A of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247b-1), there are authorized to be appropriated for the period of fiscal years 2017 and 2018, $15,000,000 for carrying out such section 317A. (b) Healthy Start Program.—There are authorized to be appropriated for the period of fiscal years 2017 and 2018 $15,000,000 to carry out the Healthy Start Initiative under section 330H of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-8).
