SEC. 5012. IRRIGATION DISTRICTS. Section 603(i)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1383) is amended— (1) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A) by striking “to a municipality or intermunicipal, interstate, or State agency” and inserting “to an eligible recipient”; and (2) in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting “in assistance to a municipality or intermunicipal, interstate, or State agency” before “to benefit”.
