SEC. 1136. QUALITY CONTROL. (a) In general.—Paragraph (a) of the first section of the Act of December 22, 1944 (58 Stat. 888, chapter 665; 33 U.S.C. 701-1(a)), is amended by inserting “and shall be made publicly available” before the period at the end of the last sentence. (b) Project Administration.—Section 2041(b)(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (33 U.S.C. 2346(b)(1)) is amended by inserting “final post-authorization change report,” after “final reevaluation report,”.
