SEC. 412. TECHNICAL AMENDMENT TO FEDERAL WORKFORCE FLEXIBILITY ACT. Chapter 57 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— (1) [5 U.S.C. 5753] in subparagraph (A) of section 5753(a)(2), by inserting “, excluding members of the Foreign Service other than chiefs of mission and ambassadors at large” before the semicolon at the end; and (2) in subparagraph (A) of section 5754(a)(2), by inserting “, excluding members of the Foreign Service other than chiefs of mission and ambassadors at large” before the semicolon at the end.
