SEC. 944. FORM OF ANNUAL NATIONAL SECURITY STRATEGY REPORT. Section 108(c) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3043(c)) is amended by striking “in both a classified form and an unclassified form” and inserting “to Congress in classified form, but may include an unclassified summary”.
