SEC. 843. REVISIONS TO MILESTONE B DETERMINATIONS. Section 2366b(a)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subparagraph (B), by striking “acquisition cost in” and all that follows through the semicolon, and inserting “life-cycle cost;”; and (2) in subparagraph (D), by striking “funding is” and all that follows through “made,” and inserting “funding is expected to be available to execute the product development and production plan for the program,”.
