SEC. 1834. EXTENSION OF SBIR AND STTR PROGRAMS. (a) SBIR.—Section 9(m) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638(m)) is amended by striking “September 30, 2017” and inserting “September 30, 2022”. (b) STTR.—Section 9(n)(1) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638(n)(1)) is amended by striking “fiscal year 2017” and inserting “fiscal year 2022”.
