NATIONAL MISSILE DEFENSE POLICY.
SEC. 1681. [10 U.S.C. 2431 note] NATIONAL MISSILE DEFENSE POLICY.
[(a) Subsection (a) was repealed by section 1649(b)(3) of division A of Public law 118–159.]
(b) Conforming Repeal.—Section 2 of the National Missile Defense Act of 1999 (Public Law 106-38; 10 U.S.C. 2431 note) is repealed.
