SEC. 1012. SECRETARY OF DEFENSE REVIEW OF CURRICULA AND PROGRAM STRUCTURES OF NATIONAL GUARD COUNTERDRUG SCHOOLS. (a) In General.—Section 901 of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 2006 (Public Law 109-469; 32 U.S.C. 112 note) is amended— (1) by redesignating subsections (e) through (g) as subsections (f) through (h), respectively; and (2) by inserting after subsection (d) the following new subsection (e): “(e) Curriculum Review. The Secretary of Defense shall review the curriculum and program structure of each school established under this section.” . (b) Technical Amendment.—Subsection (d)(1) of such section is amended by striking “section 112(b) of that title 32” and inserting “section 112(b) of title 32”.
