SEC. 3121. INCREASE IN CERTAIN LIMITATIONS APPLICABLE TO FUNDS FOR CONCEPTUAL AND CONSTRUCTION DESIGN OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY. (a) Requests for Conceptual Design Funds.—Subsection (a)(2) of section 4706 of the Atomic Energy Defense Act (50 U.S.C. 2746) is amended by striking “$3,000,000” and inserting “$5,000,000”. (b) Construction Design.—Subsection (b) of such section is amended by striking “$1,000,000” each place it appears and inserting “$2,000,000”.
