SEC. 3549. [33 U.S.C. 894f] SEXUAL ASSAULT DEFINED.
In this subtitle, the term “sexual assault” shall have the meaning given such term in section 40002(a) of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (42 U.S.C. 13925(a)).[Division D relates to Funding Tables that are not included here.]
