SEC. 104. AIR NAVIGATION FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT.
Section 48101(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
“(5) $1,300,000,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on March 31, 2016.”
