SEC. 110. AMENDMENTS TO THE NORTHERN PACIFIC HALIBUT ACT OF 1982. Section 7 of the Northern Pacific Halibut Act of 1982 (16 U.S.C. 773e) is amended— (1) in subsection (a) by redesignating paragraphs (1) through (6) as subparagraphs (A) through (F); (2) by redesignating subsections (a) and (b) as paragraphs (1) and (2), respectively; (3) in paragraph (1)(B), as so redesignated, by inserting “, investigation,” before “or inspection”; (4) in paragraph (1)(C), as so redesignated, by inserting “, investigation,” before “or inspection”; (5) in paragraph (1)(E), as so redesignated, by striking “or” after the semicolon; and (6) in paragraph (1)(F), as so redesignated, by striking “section.” and inserting “section; or”.
