SEC. 315. EXCLUSIONS FROM DEFINITION OF “CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE” UNDER TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT. Section 3(2)(B)(v) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. 2602(2)(B)(v)) is amended by striking “, and” and inserting “and any component of such an article (limited to shot shells, cartridges, and components of shot shells and cartridges), and”.
