SEC. 215. REAUTHORIZATION OF GLOBAL RESEARCH WATCH PROGRAM. Section 2365 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraphs (1) and (2) of subsection (b), by inserting “and private sector persons” after “foreign nations” both places it appears; and (2) in subsection (f), by striking “September 30, 2015” and inserting “September 30, 2025”.
