RATIFICATION OF FUNDING TRANSACTION.

SEC. 310. RATIFICATION OF FUNDING TRANSACTION. Funds obligated or expended for the Accelerated Architecture Acquisition Initiative of the Plan to Improve the Imagery Ground Architecture based upon the notification to the appropriate committees of Congress by the Director of Central Intelligence dated August 16, 1993, shall be deemed to have been specifically authorized by the Congress for purposes of section 504(a)(3) of the National Security Act of 1947.
