SEC. 618. REPEAL OF OBSOLETE AUTHORITY TO PAY BONUS TO ENCOURAGE ARMY PERSONNEL TO REFER PERSONS FOR ENLISTMENT IN THE ARMY. (a) Repeal.—Section 3252 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Clerical amendment.—The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 333 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 3252.
