REPORTS ON TRAINING OF FOREIGN MILITARY INTELLIGENCE UNITS PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE.

SEC. 1208. REPORTS ON TRAINING OF FOREIGN MILITARY INTELLIGENCE UNITS PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE. (a) Reports Required.—Not later than 30 days after each calendar half-year beginning on or after the date of the enactment of this Act and ending with the second calendar half-year of 2017, the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence shall submit to the Committees of Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report setting forth the following: (1) All the training of foreign military intelligence units provided by the Department during the calendar half-year covered by such report. (2) The authority or authorities under which the training described in paragraph (1) was provided. (b) Form.—Each report under subsection (a) should be submitted in classified form.
