SEC. 1213. ADDITIONAL MATTER IN SEMIANNUAL REPORT ON ENHANCING SECURITY AND STABILITY IN AFGHANISTAN. Section 1225(b) of the Carl Levin and Howard P. “Buck”McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (Public Law 113-291; 128 Stat. 3550) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(7) Assessment of risks associated with drawdown of united states forces.—An assessment of the risks to the mission in Afghanistan associated with any drawdown of United States forces that occurred during the period covered by such report.” .
