SEC. 1510. COUNTERTERRORISM PARTNERSHIPS FUND. (a) Authorization of Appropriations.—Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2016 for expenses, not otherwise provided for, for the Counterterrorism Partnerships Fund, as specified in the funding table in section 4502. (b) Duration of Availability.—Amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in subsection (a) shall remain available for obligation through September 30, 2017.
