SEC. 1534. COMPTROLLER GENERAL REPORT ON USE OF CERTAIN FUNDS PROVIDED FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE. The Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a report specifying how all funds made available pursuant to section 1504 for operation and maintenance, as specified in the funding table in section 4303, are ultimately used.
