DEFINITIONS.
SEC. 1001. [23 U.S.C. 101 note] DEFINITIONS.
In this division, the following definitions apply:
(1) Department.—The term “Department” means the Department of Transportation.
(2) Secretary.—The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Transportation.
