SEC. 1119. FEDERAL LANDS TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM. Section 203 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1)— (A) in subparagraph (B) by striking “operation” and inserting “capital, operations,”; and (B) in subparagraph (D) by striking “subparagraph (A)(iv)” and inserting “subparagraph (A)(iv)(I)”; (2) in subsection (b)— (A) in paragraph (1)(B)— (i) in clause (iv) by striking “and” at the end; (ii) in clause (v) by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and (iii) by adding at the end the following: “(vi) the Bureau of Reclamation; and “(vii) independent Federal agencies with natural resource and land management responsibilities.” ; and (B) in paragraph (2)(B)— (i) in the matter preceding clause (i) by inserting “performance management, including” after “support”; and (ii) in clause (i)(II) by striking “, and” and inserting “; and”; and (3) in subsection (c)(2)(B) by adding at the end the following: “(vi) The Bureau of Reclamation.” .
