SEC. 8004. [20 U.S.C. 7803] APPLICABILITY TO BUREAU OF INDIAN EDUCATION OPERATED SCHOOLS. Section 8103, as redesignated by section 8001 of this Act, is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking “bureau of indian affairs” and inserting “bureau of indian education”; and (2) by striking “Bureau of Indian Affairs” each place the term appears and inserting “Bureau of Indian Education”.
