SEC. 8027. [20 U.S.C. 7910] LIMITATIONS ON NATIONAL TESTING OR CERTIFICATION FOR TEACHERS, PRINCIPALS, OR OTHER SCHOOL LEADERS. Section 8530, as redesignated by section 8001 of this Act, is amended— (1) in the section heading, by inserting “, principals, or other school leaders” after “teachers”; (2) in the subsection heading, by inserting “, Principals, or Other School Leaders” after “Teachers”; and (3) in subsection (a)— (A) by inserting “, principals, other school leaders,” after “teachers”; and (B) by inserting “, or incentive regarding,” after “administration of”.
