MARS 2020 ROVER.

SEC. 505. MARS 2020 ROVER. It is the sense of Congress that— (1) the Mars 2020 mission, to develop a Mars rover and to enable the return of samples to Earth, should remain a priority for NASA; and (2) the Mars 2020 mission— (A) should significantly increase our understanding of Mars; (B) should help determine whether life previously existed on that planet; and (C) should provide opportunities to gather knowledge and demonstrate technologies that address the challenges of future human expeditions to Mars.
